RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

 

Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description provided on the product page.
  • If the item you receive substantially differs from the photos or description on the product page (e.g., color, size, material), it may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Returns for items that are not as described will be processed as a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Please contact us at return@loaimme.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item is faulty, damaged you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at return@loaimme.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
  • Returns for items that are not as described will be processed as store credit or exchange only.
  • If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging for the carrier’s investigation.
  • We are not responsible for carrier damage. Please contact the courier directly for claims, and we will assist by providing necessary documentation.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

       1. Prepare Your Return

  • Have your order number ready.
  • Fill out the return form and follow the instructions.

       2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs charges, government taxes, and any duties for both domestic and international orders.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to avoid any issues with lost or damaged items.

       3. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days.
  • A refund or store credit will be issued based on your preference and in accordance with our return policy.

 

IMPORTANT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

For Health and Safety Reasons: We do not accept returns on earring jewellery due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Refusing a Return: If the return conditions are not met (e.g., item is worn, damaged, or outside the return window), we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Missed Delivery: If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a missed delivery notice. The parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for pickup. If unclaimed and returned to us, we can either resend the item (at your expense for shipping) or issue a refund/store credit (minus the original shipping cost).

Lost or Stolen Parcels: Once an item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges. If you would like a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.
