IMPORTANT SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

 

Customs Duties & Taxes: (International Orders): International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of the goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable customs fees to receive your parcel. We are unable to estimate these charges as they vary by country. For more information on rates, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, or unforeseen delays. Please allow an extra 4 business days for international orders.

Lost or Stolen Parcels: Once an item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Missed Delivery: If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a missed delivery notice. The parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for pickup. If unclaimed and returned to us, we can either resend the item (at your expense for shipping) or issue a refund/store credit (minus the original shipping cost).

Shipping fees are non-refundable: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges. If you would like a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid missed deliveries or returns. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.
